Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Wiser5 Courses at wiser5.com/courses (the “Service”), operated by Wiser5 LLC (“Wiser5,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By browsing the catalog, purchasing a course, or using an access link, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase a course. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. The Service

Wiser5 Courses offers online educational content for purchase. After a successful payment, we email a private access URL tied to your purchase. You generally do not need a username/password account to watch purchased content; possession of the access link is the primary means of access.

Course pages, lesson lists, pricing, and availability may change. We may update, replace, or discontinue courses or features with reasonable notice when practical.

3. Purchases and payment

• Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and may change before purchase.
• Payment is processed by Stripe and/or PayPal. You agree to their terms when paying.
• You are responsible for providing an accurate email address at checkout. Delivery of the access link depends on that address being correct and able to receive email.
• A purchase is complete when payment is successfully processed and we mark the order as paid. Chargebacks or payment failures may result in suspension of access.

4. License to course content

Upon purchase, Wiser5 grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and stream the purchased course materials for your own individual educational use via your private access link, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

• Share, sell, rent, lend, or publicly redistribute your access link or course materials
• Download, copy, mirror, scrape, or record course videos except where we explicitly provide a download
• Use course content to train AI models or build competing courses without written permission
• Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Circumvent technical protections or attempt unauthorized access to other purchases or systems

All intellectual property in the Service and course materials remains owned by Wiser5 or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred by purchase.

5. Access links and account security

Your access URL is confidential. Sharing it may result in revocation of access without refund. We may monitor unusual usage patterns that suggest link sharing or abuse and take action including suspending access. Contact hello@wiser5.com if your link is lost or compromised.

6. Reviews

If you submit a rating or review, you grant Wiser5 a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Service and marketing. Reviews must be truthful and not unlawful, abusive, or infringing. We may remove reviews at our discretion.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by:

• Interfering with servers, networks, or other users
• Attempting to reverse engineer or probe the Service except as allowed by law
• Using automated tools to scrape the catalog or videos at scale
• Uploading malware or engaging in fraud

8. Refunds

Unless a specific refund guarantee is stated on a course page at the time of purchase, all sales are generally final. We may consider refund requests case-by-case for technical failures that prevent reasonable access to content you paid for. To request a refund review, email hello@wiser5.com with your purchase email, course name, and a brief description of the issue within 14 days of purchase.

9. Educational disclaimer

Course content is for educational and informational purposes. Results vary. Wiser5 does not guarantee specific outcomes (including career, business, or financial results). Content is not legal, tax, medical, or investment advice unless explicitly labeled as such by a licensed professional in a separate engagement.

10. Third-party services

The Service may link to or rely on third parties (payment processors, email delivery, video hosting, analytics). We are not responsible for third-party sites or services. Your use of those services may be subject to their terms and privacy policies.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE AND COURSE MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WISER5 DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WISER5 AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO A COURSE PURCHASE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO WISER5 FOR THAT PURCHASE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wiser5 from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party right.

14. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service or a specific purchase if you violate these Terms, if payment is reversed, or if we reasonably believe continued access creates legal or security risk. Provisions that by nature should survive (including IP, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive termination.

15. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Material changes may be highlighted on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Service, except where prohibited by applicable consumer protection law.

17. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any course-specific disclosures at purchase, are the entire agreement between you and Wiser5 regarding the Service.
