Welcome to MyTractionIQ, the competitor marketing research service operated by Wiser5 LLC. By using this service, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service Description
Wiser5 LLC provides competitor marketing research reports based on publicly available web sources. Reports are generated automatically and are intended for informational purposes only — not as professional marketing, legal, or financial advice.
Payment and Refunds
Each report costs $19.99 during our summer limited discount (regularly $49). Payments are processed by Stripe. You can preview 20% of every report before paying. 7-day satisfaction guarantee: email hello@wiser5.com within 7 days of unlocking for a full refund if not satisfied.
Report Access
Reports are accessed via a unique token link. No login is required. You are responsible for saving your report link. We are not liable for lost access tokens.
Intellectual Property
Report content is licensed to you for personal and internal business use upon payment. You may not resell or redistribute reports. The service, website, and underlying technology remain the property of Wiser5 LLC.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WISER5 LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY REPORT CONTENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE REPORT.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Florida.
