When you request an outreach match report, we may collect:

- Business description, target audience, and outreach goals you provide
- Optional email address
- Payment information processed by Stripe (we do not store full card numbers or CVV codes)
- Generated match reports, outreach templates, and secure access tokens
- Technical data such as browser type, IP address, and cookies used to enforce free-preview limits
- API usage metadata related to report generation (for rate limiting and service improvement)
We may also retrieve publicly available information about podcasts, YouTube channels, newsletters, communities, and events from third-party sources to build your report. That information is about third parties, not you personally, unless it appears on your own website.
How We Use Your Information
- To plan searches, discover outreach opportunities, and rank matches using AI
- To generate personalized outreach templates and fit summaries
- To process one-time Pro report payments via Stripe
- To provide secure access to your report through a unique token link
- To prevent abuse, enforce rate limits, and improve report quality
- To respond to support requests if you contact us
Third-Party Services
We use the following categories of third-party services to deliver reports:
- Stripe — payment processing for Pro reports
- Anthropic (Claude) — AI ranking, filtering, and outreach template generation
- Brave Search, SerpAPI, and/or similar search providers — discovering podcasts, newsletters, communities, events, and YouTube channels
- Apple iTunes Search — podcast discovery
- Listen Notes — optional enhanced podcast metadata when configured
- YouTube — public channel page data and optional YouTube Data API when configured
- Podchaser — optional contact enrichment for Pro reports when configured
- Jina Reader — optional extraction of public page content (guest links, emails when publicly listed)
When you submit your website URL or business details, those inputs may be sent to AI and search providers as needed to generate your report. Each provider has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.
Contact Information in Reports
Pro reports may include contact details (such as email addresses or application links) gathered from public websites and third-party databases. We do not guarantee that contact information is current, accurate, or permitted for your specific outreach use. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and similar regulations) when contacting people or organizations listed in your report.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate Perfect Match (such as Stripe and AI/search vendors), when required by law, or to protect our rights and users. Report content is accessible only to anyone who has your unique report URL and access token — treat that link as confidential.
Data Retention
Reports and associated intake data are retained so you can access your report via your bookmarked link. Cached search results may be stored temporarily to reduce API usage. You may request deletion of your report and associated data by emailing hello@wiser5.com with your report link or the email address you provided, if any.
Security
We use industry-standard measures including HTTPS, access tokens for reports, and payment processing through Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices
- You may choose not to provide an optional email address
- You may request deletion of your report data by contacting us
- You may disable cookies in your browser, though some features (such as free-preview tracking) may not work as intended
Children
Perfect Match is intended for founders and business professionals. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
