Welcome to Perfect Match, the founder outreach matching service operated by Wiser5 LLC. By accessing or using wiser5.com/perfect-match, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service Description
Perfect Match helps founders discover and prioritize outreach opportunities across podcasts, YouTube channels, newsletters, online communities, and events. Reports are generated automatically using AI and publicly available web sources. Results include fit scores, summaries, and optional outreach templates.
The service is for informational purposes only. It is not professional legal, marketing, or fundraising advice. We do not guarantee that any host, organizer, or platform will accept your pitch, respond to outreach, or grant an interview or speaking slot.
Free Preview and Pro Reports
- Free Preview — includes up to 5 ranked matches without contact information. One free preview is allowed per browser.
- Pro Report — a one-time paid upgrade (currently $19.99 per report) that includes up to 20 ranked matches, contact information when available, guest application links, and platform listing URLs where found.
Feature availability may depend on third-party API access, public data availability, and your inputs. We may change match limits, pricing, or features with reasonable notice on our website.
Payment and Refunds
Pro reports require a one-time payment processed by Stripe. By completing checkout, you authorize the charge shown at purchase. Purchases are generally non-refundable once report generation has begun, because we incur immediate AI and search API costs. If a report fails due to a technical error on our side, contact us at hello@wiser5.com and we will work with you in good faith.
Report Access
Reports are accessed via a unique URL containing an access token. No account login is required. You are responsible for saving and securing your report link. Anyone with the link can view the report. We are not liable for unauthorized access if you share or lose your link.
AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Match rankings, fit explanations, and outreach templates are synthesized by AI from public sources and the information you provide. Content may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Subscriber counts, audience estimates, response-rate estimates, and "accepts guests" signals are heuristic and not verified guarantees.
Always review and edit outreach templates before sending. Verify show descriptions, host names, and contact details independently before reaching out.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for spam, harassment, or unsolicited bulk messaging that violates applicable law
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or overload our systems or third-party APIs we rely on
- Circumvent free-preview limits through automated means or misrepresentation
- Resell, republish, or commercially redistribute reports except for your own internal business use
- Submit false, misleading, or infringing business information
You are solely responsible for your outreach communications and for complying with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other laws that apply to your messages and target regions.
Third-Party Platforms and Contacts
Your report may reference third-party platforms (such as Apple Podcasts, YouTube, Substack, Beehiiv, Discord, Meetup, or listing services like PodMatch). We are not affiliated with or endorsed by those platforms unless explicitly stated. Contact data is sourced from public pages and databases; accuracy and permission to contact are not guaranteed.
Intellectual Property
Upon payment for a Pro report (or when using an authorized free preview), you receive a license to use that report and its outreach templates for your personal and internal business purposes. The Perfect Match name, website, software, and underlying technology remain the property of Wiser5 LLC. You may not copy or resell the service itself.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE AND ALL REPORTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WISER5 LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, ANY OUTREACH YOU SEND, OR ANY RELIANCE ON REPORT CONTENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO A SPECIFIC REPORT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THAT REPORT, OR ZERO FOR FREE PREVIEWS.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wiser5 LLC from claims arising out of your outreach, your use of contact information from a report, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these Terms or abuse the platform. Sections that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law) will survive termination.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be brought in courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top indicates the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
